Is entrepreneurship for you?
People often start a business to pursue their passion, gain financial independence or create something meaningful. Additionally, the challenge of solving problems and fulfilling market needs can be highly motivating. For some, the dream of building a legacy or contributing to their community also plays a significant role. While entrepreneurship is not for everyone, I believe one of the most noble things you can do is start a business, create jobs and build opportunities.

With decades of leadership experience on over 1,000 projects across 25 states, our businesses have leadership teams like no other. Collectively, owners Donnie Brawner and Todd Carroll have scaled multiple organizations from two employees to hundreds. Together, they are accomplished in leadership, finance, accounting, operations, open-book management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, corporate governance, ESOP administration, human resources, marketing, business management, and most importantly, unparalleled customer service.
